Chocolate Cookie Dough Tart

This pie is one of the best chocolate recipes. An easy and quick preparation. She is perfect in any moment of the day. A pie for cold days. A coffee, a love and a blanket to go with it. To eat with a spoon or in slices, served in small plates that bring back memories.




- 1/4 cup of melted coconut oil

- 1/3 cup whole grain peanut butter v 2/3 cup coconut sugar

- 2 tablespoons of golden flaxseed flour

- 6 tablespoons of water

- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (optional)

- 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda

- 1/2 teaspoon of salt

- 1/4 cup of coconut flour

- 1/2 cup oat flakes

- 2/3 cup of chocolate chips


Prepare the vegan egg: Mix the flaxseed meal with water, stir well and set aside.

In a medium bowl, combine coconut oil, peanut butter and sugar. Add the vegan egg, vanilla and mix well. Add the bicarbonate, salt, coconut flour and oats. Mix well. Cover with the chocolate chips. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 20 minutes.


Serve to eat with a spoon or wait to cool to cut into slices.
